Membership runs for 12 months from commencement and will auto renew unless cancelled with 28 days notice.
Memberships can not be cancelled with outstanding debt If the treatment recieved is higher than whats been paid in monthly membership fees. In this instance the balance will be payable before cancellation.
Cancel anytime with a 28 day notice.
If you’d like to cancel before the 12 month membership ends then you will not be entitled to the discount and will be charged full treatment cost.
There will be no refunds given under any circumstances.
If there is any remaining credit at the end of your 12 month billing period then this can be rolled over onto your next 12 month billing period.
Memberships commence from the day of your first payment and will continue for 12 months from this date.
If memberships are cancelled with outstanding credit then this is non refundable and must be used towards treatment costs.
Treatment/Product prices may change over the year and the clinic withholds the right to make price changes.
Payments will be taken via Direct Debit each month. Failed payments will incur a £3 charge.
Bookings are advised to be made atleast 1 month in advance. Please contact the clinic directly to make these bookings.
Memberships must be used by the membership holder and cannot be shared with others.
If you choose to become a member and cancel/reschedule your booking within 48 hours of your appointment then you will lose the equivilent to the booking fee which is 25%. No shows or on the day cancellations will result in the loss of the full treatment cost. If your remaining credit does not cover this then you are liable to make this payment.
Membership discounts and plans can not be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
Failure to make payments with an outstanding debt will be passed onto a debt collecting agency.
More than 3 failed Direct Debits will result in cancellation of your plan and any outstanding debt will be payable in full.
WHEN CAN I START TO USE MY PLAN?
After your first payment has processed, you can then start to use your plan and book for treatments giving 1 month in advance.
HOW ARE PAYMENTS TAKEN?
We use a third party system to securely take Direct Debits covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
IS THERE A CONTRACT?
There is no contract. However, there is a 28 day notice of cancellation in place. You will also be required to pay the remaining balance should we of carried out treatment higher than your credit on file.
